1. Eligibility for Refunds:
Refunds are available for individuals who have enrolled in our program.
2. Refund Criteria:
To qualify for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:
Your refund request is accompanied by a clear explanation of the reason for your disappointment. The course should not be accessed beyond the specified limit.
3. Refund Process:
To request a refund, please follow these stages.
- Contact our customer support team at support@uptor.in or submit ticket in https://uptor.in/support
- Provide your full name, course name, and a detailed reason for your refund request
- The refund process may include a feedback call to you and validation of key information that may be required by us to process the refund request. It is the sole discretion of the company to process or reject any kind of refund request
- Wait for further instructions from our customer support team.
Refunds will be processed within 7 to 21 business days upon approval.
Processing Fees:
A Processing fee will be applied to all transactions. The processing fee is variable, ranging from a minimum of 6% to a maximum of 15% of the transaction amount.
Advance Payment:
Refund within 48 Hours of Payment: If you request a refund within 48 hours of making the payment, a deduction of 10% will be applied to the advance amount to cover administrative and processing fees.
Refund after 48 Hours of Payment: If you request a refund after 48 hours of making the payment, a deduction of 50% will be applied to the advance amount to account for administrative.
Full Payment:
Refund within 48 Hours of Payment: If you request a refund within 48 hours of making the payment, a deduction of 5% will be applied to the advance amount to cover administrative and processing fees.
Refund after 48 Hours of Payment: If you request a refund after 48 hours of making the payment, a deduction of 10% will be applied to the advance amount to account for administrative.
Course Start Date:
If you request a refund within a month of course start, a deduction of 40% will be applied to the full payment.
If you request a refund after a month a course start date, no refund will be initiated.
4. Program Cancellation:
In the unlikely event that we cancel the program, you will receive a refund of the program fee.
